online orders
To order products online using a credit card, first place the desired products into your Inside Avenue online shopping cart. This is done using the big green button labeled "add to shopping cart" found on all product description pages. You can view or update the contents of your shopping cart at any time. Placing items in your cart does not obligate you to make a purchase. Use it as a convenient way to keep track of the items which interest you.When you are ready to complete your purchase, display your shopping cart and click the "ready to purchase" button. You'll be shown a final list of selected products and asked to enter your shipping address and contact information. A complete statement of charges, including shipping fees and any extra charges such as sales tax, will appear on the next page. Once you review the statement of charges you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information.Order acknowledgement emails are sent out automatically within 5 minutes of order placement. These emails are sent out in advance of obtaining an authorization on your credit card. If we are unable to get an approval from your bank, we'll contact you by phone or email to resolve the problem.

We certainly understand that many people prefer to speak with a real person before placing orders or providing credit card information. When ordering by phone, you can pay by credit card or send a check or bank wire after our customer service representative calculates your total.When ordering by phone, we'll need you to provide us with the 7-digit item numbers of the products you wish to purchase. Many people find it convenient to make a print-out of their shopping cart and use that for reference during the call.

When paying by credit card, we require the card number, expiration date, name on the card and the billing address where your card's monthly statements are received.
